Member Agreement

1. Membership Eligibility

To become a member of Capital Credit Union, you must meet our field of membership requirements and maintain a minimum share balance of $25.00 in your primary savings account. Membership is open to:

• Employees of select employer groups
• Residents of our designated communities
• Family members of existing members
• Members of participating organizations

2. Account Terms and Conditions

By opening an account with Capital Credit Union, you agree to the following terms:

• You will provide accurate and complete information
• You will notify us promptly of any changes to your personal information
• You will use your accounts in accordance with our policies
• You understand that accounts are subject to our fee schedule

3. Electronic Services

Our electronic services include online banking, mobile banking, and electronic fund transfers. By using these services, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized transactions
• Review your statements regularly
• Comply with our electronic services agreement

4. Fees and Charges

We may charge fees for various services as outlined in our current fee schedule. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges. We will provide advance notice of any fee changes as required by law.
